Clean Up That E-Mail “Forward”
Have you ever received an e-mail that has been forwarded from one person to another and when you get it there are from 2 to 200 hundred addresses to go thru before you get to the message? You wonder, who are all these people? Do they want me to respond to all of them?
TIP: When you receive an e-mail like the one described above here is what you do. Click on “Forward”, then highlight all the addresses by placing your cursor in front of the first one and then drag to the last part that you want to remove and then just hit the Delete key on your keyboard. You can then type in your message to the next receiver and click Send. I’m sure the person that you sent the forward to will appreciate your efforts.
