Zero In On Your Pointer

Have you ever been working and all of a sudden you can’t find your pointer?  This tip may help you solve that problem.

TIP: Go to Start, click on Control Panel. When the window opens, click on the Classic View. Next double click the Mouse Icon. The Mouse Properties utility window opens, click on the third tab, Pointer Options, then place a check mark in the box at the bottom, Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key. Click okay then close the control panel. Let’s test it out: Move your pointer to the right side of the desktop out of sight. Now push down the CTRL key and a target will lead you right to your pointer.

NOTE: While you are in the Mouse Properties utility window check out all the tabs and other features that you can use to enhance and control the mouse.
