Open each widow with the same view.

TIP:  You can set the Thumbnail, Tiles, Icon, List or Details view as a system-wide default using Windows Explorer.

Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer-Folder Manager.  When the window opens click View and select the view you wish to use.  Next, click Tools > Folder Options and select the View tab.  Click the Apply To All Folders button and your settings will persist in all of your folders.
