Have you ever received a PowerPoint Presentation you couldn’t open.

TIP: Go to www.microsoft.com/downloads. In the Search Box of the window that appears, Type In, PowerPoint Viewer, and click Go. In the new window that opens go down to the second Title, PowerPoint Viewer 2003 or the third Title PowerPoint Viewer 2007, your choice (either will work), and Click on it. This will take you to the download page. Click the download button. I suggest to Save this file to the Desktop. After the download is complete close your browser. Now Double Click on the file and it will install on your computer, just follow the on-screen instructions. Now you will be able to view any PowerPoint Presentations sent to you. Happy Viewing!
