Add the toolbar Links to the taskbar.
TIP: Right Click on any empty space on the taskbar. On the menu that appears, Click on Toolbars. On the sub-menu that appears, Click on Links.
A check mark will appear and
you will see 
on
the taskbar next to the system tray. Click on the double arrows and a menu will
open.
Click on Customize Links and you will be taken to Microsoft for a set of instructions on how to use Links or if you prefer you can use this URL to read about it first.
