PRINT SCREEN.
If you ever have used Copy and Paste
to save what you see on your monitor and it didn’t work, try this.
TIP:
BASIC:
There is a keyboard
key after your F-12 key that reads Print Screen (Prt Scr, or Print Scr).
Use this when copy and paste will not work.
When you hit Print Scr, the
clipboard takes a picture of the whole monitor screen. Use Control V to paste
it into Word, PowerPoint, WordPad, or Paint.
ADVANCED:
If you hold the
Alt key down and hit the Print Scr key the clipboard takes a picture of the
active window only. Use Control V to paste it into Word, or Paint. NOTE:
You can edit Print Screen in Paint.
Print Desktop:
If you have a web site
on your monitor that you would like to print, this program will send it directly
to your printer. Here’s how. Go to Start > All Programs > PrintDesk Top and
double click. The printer will start printing.
This program is a FREEWARE program and is
available as a download from
http://www.printdesktop.com/ .
