The second way is to go to http://biglasagne.webpark.pl/projects.html click on downloads and download mdAxelerator v1.0 beta version (26k). Install the program. A window will open to let you select your defaults i.e. shortcut keys and other preferences. An Icon will appear in your notification area so that you can change your settings if you so desire.

Now when you are in an open folder you can press the shortcut keys you selected and a new window will open and let you name your New Folder.

Click Create and enter, OK or push the Enter Key. Your new folder will open, ready to use (New name in the Title Bar). Just insert your file and you are good to go.
