Easy access to the Utilities Manager.

The Utilities Manager manages the Magnifier, Narrator and the On Screen Keyboard.

TIP: To access the Utilities Manager you can use the shortcut, Windows Key + u or go the long way i.e. All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Utility Manager. Once you reach the Utilities Manager you may turn on or of Magnifier, Narrator or the On Screen Keyboard all useful utilities if you are handicapped.

HINT: Once the Utility Manager is open, highlight the utility you want to use and then click Start. Note that there are a couple of options that can be checked to make these utilities run automatically.
